The customer service was outstanding beginning with Kerry - who I made the initial appointment through to the first appraisal and weekly updates with Justin. The process was very comfortable and stress free. And my car looks brand new! I truly appreciate EVERYTHING they did for me/my car! I have been sharing my experience with everyone! Gerber Collision is an A+ facility for collision work. they took care of my Honda Ridgeline fire damage and coordinated all of the reapirs with Lia Honda. Their communications was excellent, i was always informed of the work progress. the repairs were actually completed a few days early. would definitely go to them again and recommend them
