I am completely all around IMPRESSED!!!! I have dealt with many body shops including even working at one in the past and this experience surpassed all my expectations. Let me start with Steve C...... (estimator) he kept me in the loop at all times , honest and never played the game of telling you deadlines that were not true . He's understanding , and compassionate for the people he's helping through the process . The team is amazing! The bodymen , the painters and everyone involved in the process . Absolutely no flaws in paint or bodywork . 100% great experience and will recommend this shop to everyone .

The car came back 10x better. Everything was repaired perfectly and even more checks on the car were done than anticipated. It also looked extra polished. The staff were great on updating and communicating when it was done. Thanks

They did a terrific job repairing my front bumper area of my Cadillac ATS. I would suggest that everyone bring a vehicle to Gerber collision and glass. Their customer service is terrific. And they quality of work is, magnificent.

For the second time in just eight months I was involved in an accident neither being my fault. After this most recent accident I instantly knew I was taking my car back to Gerber Collision. They did such a wonderful job after the first accident. It was a headache getting through the insurance process this time because the other driver was Door Dashing at the time of the accident. Gerber Collision was so patient with me rescheduling my assessment several times just waiting on the Door Dash insurance to move things along. The individuals who work here are professional and courteous. I was updated every step of the way. They did such a great job on my car and I appreciate their hard work! Thank you
