There in no other shop that can compare to the service and workmanship at Gerber Collison in Mooresville, NC. In every category they have earned a 10. Stan C., the shop manager, who has only been in NC for two weeks, managed the entire front office because everyone got sick this past week. Despite that, my car went in for body repairs on Monday morning, and was ready Thursday afternoon, only four days later! This was a week earlier than I anticipated. I don't know how they managed it with supply chain issues and labor shortages, but they not only managed it, they aced it!!

Kacy and Melody were awesome. There customer service was outstanding! Kacy keep us up to date on the progress of our vehicle. She took her time to tell us what was going on and never rushed us off the phone when we called about our car. The estimated time for the car repair and the time when we picked up our car was unbelievable. It was very fast. I would recommend this company to anyone. Once again,thank you for the amazing service!

This place is amazing, im not really usually posting reviews but the gerber collision in mooresville did amazing job on my Lexus car , Somebody crashed it while at parked , but when i took it to gerber they very helpful specially Kathy she did all the checkings and make sure they doing it right, and the the desk are very nice pleasant. They supposed to finish my car in 3-7days but they done it in 1day , im so impressed the outcome and it feels like nothing happened.Thank you team gerber collision in Mooresville u guys the best. Very Recommended.

Could not be better. I was amazed at the communication throughout the process. I felt tended to the entire time and never felt like I didnt know what was going on. Everyone was genuinely polite and really seemed to care about getting my vehicle back to me. If this were to ever happen again, which I hope it doesn't, I'll bring my vehicle here for sure!
