My wife and I worked directly with the manager, Matt, for a front-end collision repair on my wife's 2020 Subaru Outback. I have to say, this was an excellent experience and I will absolutely recommend friends and family to use this shop in the future. Since I was the policy holder on the insurance, but my wife is the owner/driver of the car, Matt kept in communication with both of us depending on availability to provide updates on part ordering, claims, and general progress of the repairs and replacements. The quality of workmanship shows in the final product. The front end of my wife's Subaru looks brand new. All the paint matches perfectly, and all body panel gaps are snug. He even cleaned up and polished a few scratches and sections that weren't a part of the claim. *** They went above and beyond for us in multiple ways too! The ... vehicle was due for an oil change and already had a scheduled appointment at a nearby shop; they coordinated with that shop in order to get the oil change done and back while waiting for parts. Additionally, the windshield was cracked prior to the incident for which we were in for repair, but it was under warranty through Subaru. Matt coordinated to have the vehicle brought to Subaru to have the windshield replaced. Unfortunately, Subaru did not have the windshield in stock, so we were unable to get it replaced, but Matt made a solid attempt, nonetheless. Matt joked with us upon relinquishing the car back to us, "This may be a blessing in disguise since you're going on a road trip; that's usually when windshield cracks occur." Two days later, on our road trip to New Orleans, a large piece of gravel hit the windshield creating a second large crack in the windshield. We are sure glad it wasn't a new one! read more

Matthew G. did a great job estimating and working through different options for me. Brianne was very helpful and friendly in each of our interactions on the phone or at the front desk. The repair technicians did an excellent job with my Toyota 4Runner, matching the paint precisely and aligning the OEM parts perfectly. Matthew kept in frequent communication and ensured the process went smoothly. The technicians also did a fine job cleaning the interior and exterior, which I was not expecting to be included. I was referred to Gerber by a friend who used them once before, and I will certainly refer them to others as well.

Very quick and great service. Everyone I worked with was very professional and easy to work with. The rental car service was extremely easy with Gerber. Not only did repairs exceed expectations, but my car was detailed on the interior and a full car wash as well. Only took 10 days from collision to having my car repaired in my driveway. I highly recommend.

Gerber collision is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to take my car in for a hit and run incident, and did not think the repairs could be done. Gerber collision experts assured me that the repair could be done and look brand new and back as if nothing ever happened. They completed the repair and have me looking brand new again!! Gerber collision also held my car for me while I was out of the country. Their service time was great and they under promised and over delivered!! I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision if you are seeking excellent service and quality of work!
