I was backed into with a tow hitch, which completely ripped my passenger's side open. I was very upset due to this being a brand new car! The other party was found at fault of course. I called my insurance company and then I called Gerber! My car was towed within the half hour! They were in contact with me the entire time, gave me a detailed list of what had to be done, and I didn't have to deal with the other insurance company! They took care of everything! My car was there for about a month due to it having near $9000 worth of damage, but I was expected to get it Nov 18th and got it on the 2nd instead! I can say that I was very impressed by the work that was done! It looks like nothing ever happened to it! Came out of the shop looking like it rolled off the lot! Fully detailed, buffed, and waxed! When I discovered someone had hit and run my vehicle, I immediately called Gerber. I had previously used Gerber and was very happy with their service at that time. This time I was more than happy with the service provided. I was elated. Jessica Y. estimator, is fabulous. She explained procedures that would be followed. She made me feel so comfortable. She would answer correctly any questions I had. She has a personality plus. I have never been to a business where I felt so welcome. The repair work on my vehicle was done and ready to pick up on time. I have checked the repair work done to my vehicle and am totally satisfied. It will most definitely be my pleasure to recommend Gerber Collision to someone.
