The damage and the necessary parts and repair work were clearly explained to me. An estimate of when the work would be started and completed was given. (And texts were sent during the process.) It was very convenient to get a rental car from a company that coordinates with Gerber. All of the staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. My car looked brand new when I picked it up - so shiny!

Someone hit me while I was packed and I sustained bumper damage. They admitted guilt. Dropped my car off on a Friday wad picked it up on Tuesday. Looks great, can't even tell. Worked with Jorge. He was professional and personable. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for repairs.

I took my 2022 Honda Insight Hybrid in for repair after sheetrock hit me on the interstate. The whole team there is very helpful and answered all my questions. Very nice job on the repairs! Great people and service, Great work, done in a decent time got it back a bit sooner than I thought. Brought it in for some accident damage covered by Geico whom covered the person who hit me I have Progressive for my coverage. Geico had Enterprise supply my rental which was also great people and service nice car.
