Highly recommend Gerber Collision in Loveland, CO. Collision repair area looks like new now. Vehicle was clean when I picked it up with no shop odors detectible. They also repaired a seal on the rear lift gate which saved me from a more expensive repair from the car dealer which included a new seal that wasn't necessary.

This review is for the Loveland, CO location. I was involved in an accident in 2015 that required body and paint work to be performed and Gerber Collision and Glass was the shop that my insurance assigned. They did a fantastic job and I was satisfied with the work. Fast forward a few years and I started to notice that the clear coat on the repaired panels was becoming extremely sun damaged, but I figured that was because I have to park my vehicle outside and that I was just going to have to deal with it. Out of curiosity, I checked online to see what kind of guarantee Gerber had on their work and I was surprised to find that this particular location had a lifetime guarantee on the work they performed for as long as you owned the vehicle. I brought it over for them to take a look at the faded areas and they were able to confirm that they ... had received a faulty batch of clear coat from their supplier and that was the cause of the issue. Dominique (sp?) immediately got me set up with the soonest appointment she had available to perform the repair and there was absolutely no cost to me since it was under warranty! I just picked up my vehicle and the repair looks amazing! It's so nice to have a shiny clear coat on my vehicle once again! They also went above-and-beyond when I noticed a scratch near the repair area that I was not able to confirm if it had been there before the service was performed. Bobby, personally, looked over the photos with me to confirm that the scratch had indeed been there when I dropped the vehicle off, however, he took time out of his day to immediately perform a quick repair on the minor scratch. AMAZING customer service!! I will ALWAYS recommend this Gerber location and the amazing staff to anyone who requires body/paint/glass work. I am very impressed with this Gerber location. They go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care of. In my case, we had to wait for parts, so scheduled a tentative date about a month out. When the day approached, we decided to push it out another month because not all the parts were in yet. A couple days before the new date, Dominique (sp?) called me to let me know the parts were in and we were good to go. The estimated time was 3-4 business days. Unfortunately, there was a weekend in the middle of that, so I would be paying for a rental for days in which no work was being done. Turned out they got it done by the end of the 2nd day (Friday night)! Not only did they save me on car rental costs, but because of timing and an appointment I was heading to, they bought our car to me, and took my rental back, saying they'd get it ... returned that day. Who does that?? To top it off, it was my wife's birthday, so she was absolutely thrilled to have her car back, "shiny and new". I'd give Gerber 10 stars out of 5, if I could. I want to give a special shout-out to Dominique, Nikki, and Billy. You guys are simply awesome! read more

Very satisfied with the quality of the work completed. There were some challenges getting the correct parts in a timely manner, but they kept me informed at each stage. To meet my schedule - they offered to deliver the car and pick-up the rental. They are serious about delivering quality service. Would recommend them for collision and windshield replacement.
