I am impressed with the finish of my 2011 grabber blue Ford Mustang. She is my baby. When I was in my wreck, my second thought was - I hope my car is ok. The damages broke my heart. Gerber Collision & Glass not only repaired all the damage, they also cleaned my car from top to bottom. I highly recommend the star quality staff at Gerber.

Couldn't ask for better!!! From the moment I met the staff, I was treated respectfully and with concern. I had to share this with my friends, because they know how upsetting accidents would be for me. The whole staff there are all "Super Duper" in my book. I am very pleased with the repairs made...looks like a new car now. Thanks Gerber Company!

I am a State Farm insured driver that had my car fixed by Geico at Champs Collision in Harahan, Louisiana. Everyone treated me in a friendly and professional manner : the Geico adjuster, the body shop worker who inspected my vehicle with me, the gentleman who gave me the rental car from Enterprise, and the man who gave the car back to me and helped me return the rental. Everything was done in one convenient place in a timely fashion, I received follow-up care directions for the painted parts of my repair both verbally and in writing, and the body shop sent an update text daily with an estimated pick-up day and time. I would use the shop again and highly recommend it to others. The people I met seem to take pride in doing a good job and making the customer happy.

I received excellent service here at the Gerber on Carrollton, and the staff went above and beyond to complete my repair in a timely manner. I had an estimate made here because I was involved in an accident that was the other driver's fault, and their insurance sent me to Gerber by default. Setting up an appointment to bring my car by was very easy, and when I came in for my scheduled time, I waited no more than a few minutes before being taken care of. The estimate was smooth and quick, and the guy who helped me out was extremely helpful in explaining next steps and how everything works to me. I was given the option of taking the car anywhere I wanted for repairs, but chose to return to Gerber because of the excellent service I received on my first visit. I called an scheduled an appointment to drop the car off for repair, and it was ... just as easy that time as before. The receptionists (I think I've spoken to three at this point) are always very nice and polite. I dropped off the car at the time I was scheduled, and was told I'd be called with updates during the process of repair. Chris from Gerber called me 3 times during the week and half the car was in the shop to tell me what was going on. When I didn't pick up, he left informative voicemails. So I show up to pick up my car, and Chris comes out to meet me and explain some of the extra stuff they did. The team at Gerber went above and beyond with the repairs and I cannot express how thankful and happy I am with the finished result. Chris even had an old, ugly scratch (not having anything to do with the accident) buffed from my passenger side car (it was a pretty nasty scratch from a Tulane student scraping the side of my car a couple weeks before); I cannot believe they did that for me. So the outside of the car looks amazing, like new, so great, and I get into the car only to realize that Gerber had cleaned the inside of my car for me. I mean wiped down and vacuumed every inch of the car, and it was not pretty when I dropped it off. I'm completely astounded at the amount of service I was provided at Gerber Collision, and (though I never want to have to come in again) I would definitely use them (this location if possible) again at anytime. Thanks to the staff and team for their help, friendliness and repairs. I could not be happier with the level of expertise I was given. Thumbs up. read more
