I would like to express how wonderful the group of people you have at this location. I had my car in for hail damage and a new windshield that was broke from the hail. On my estimate it said seven to ten days for repair they had it done way faster then that. I live on a dirt road and the inside of car show with dirty mats and carpet. I picked up my car today and I am pretty sure the detail job that was performed on my car was better then the day I bought it. The outside is so pretty and shinny also. Didn't have any interaction with the gentleman but Laura,Tonia and Virginia have the best customer service. I will not only recommend them to others if I ever have to have work done it will be with them. Thank you guys for everything.

My new care experienced a hit and run in a parking lot on Christmas eve. My first experience with Gerber, I arrived at 5:00 not knowing they closed at 5:00. It was rainy, but Robbie unlocked the door and followed me to my vehicle. He explained I would need to schedule a time for an estimate for a more thorough evaluation, but he believed the damage to be minimal. I scheduled an appointment and returned. I spoke with the receptionist, Hayleigh, who was amazing at working out a time after work that I could return. Robbie started with a comprehensive evaluation of the damage. He was able to estimate what parts were needed, when the parts would be in and scheduled our appointment accordingly. Gerber coordinated with my insurance company as well as the car rental agency. I took the car in, the car rental agency picked me up and took me to the ... agency to complete the paperwork and issue a vehicle. Upon examination, Gerber discovered additional damage not originally expected in the initial quote. They immediately called to communicate their findings. Gerber shared the unexpected findings and the new estimated completion date with me, my insurance company and the rental agency. Additional parts were necessary. Gerber estimated when the parts would be in. Once the parts were secured, a new estimation date was established. Gerber communicated with the insurance company and the car rental agency. He continued to communicate with me through the repair process and was able to beat the estimated completion date by one day. He called and I returned to pick up the car. Robbie went over the repairs and gave specific instructions for the care of the car to allow the paint to cure. They asked me to leave the rental car at Gerber and the rental car company picked up the vehicle. Saving me the hassle of coordinating another driver to drive my car to the rental agency following me with the rental car to complete the rental transaction. The whole process was seamless and far less stressful than I had anticipated based on a previous experience. Gerber staff is amazing, from the first encounter, the appointment made by the receptionist, Hayleigh. Robbie who helped with the initial estimate and then explained the repairs and gave specific care instructions, and Chad who constantly kept in touch to share the progress of the repairs. Amber O. did an excellent job of explaining my damage and keeping me updated on the repair progress. Everyone was courteous and friendly. My car looks like new, the inside was clean and someone e changed the clock after daylight savings time. Hopefully I will not need their services again but I would return without hesitation if I do.
