From start to finish, Gerber Collision was wonderful. John L. was the Estimator I dealt with. He explained everything very thorough and was able to have my vehicle completed in no time. Kelly T. was very helpful in getting me scheduled and going through the paperwork needed. Both of them made the process very easy. Gary, the General Manager was also very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this company. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked like nothing has ever happened to it. I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision to anyone!!

Gerber did a great job and exceeded my expectations.. Repair time was estimated at ten days, but Gerber got the job done in three. Estimator John L. was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He addressed every concern and went above and beyond to make sure I was %100 satisfied. Kelly also provided excellent customer service and was always cheerful. I can't stress how important a first impression is when a customer walks in the door. There is nothing more off-putting than entering an establishment only to have one receptionist make eye contact and completely discard you as though you don't exist. Given the opportunity, I would highly recommend Gerber collision!!!!

Had a great experience at Gerber collision in Jessup. John L. was my estimator, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend anybody to have work done here. Very clean shop. I was told my car would take 8 days, they had it done in just 3 days.

Support was phenomenal. John and Kelly were very professional and helpful-Gary as well. Their cheerful, but understanding, attitude helped keep our stress levels low during what is often a stressful situation. In addition, what was reported as a three day repair job, took less than a day - without sacrificing quality of work. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of work and care received from Gerber!

I have been to this location a couple of times, I must say everytime I go I feel like family. The staff is wonderful, well treated they explain everything to you from start to finish. I had the privilege of having Mr. John L. work with me, he was great. I had two claims back to back with the same car. Mr. L. kept me on point with my intial appointment. One claim turned into two claims two accidents back to back.
