First, I want to say that every representative I have spoke to has provided exceptional service to say the least. But I want to specifically note both Alex and Taylor. I have been to the shop more times than anybody should have to. And they have never let me down. They make sure I am informed on the repairs and are always ahead of schedule.

I recently had my vehicle repaired by Gerber Collision & Glass and the repair is flawless (perfect paint match, body panel alignment, etc.). I particularly want to call out Alex..this guy's customer service is phenomenal; he provided a level of service and attention to detail as if he had a personal stake in my vehicle, service like that is really appreciated.

Matt did a fantastic job on the bodywork and paint; his workmanship is on point and the blended paint looks amazing. Taylor made sure to keep me informed every step of the way; from when y'all first started the teardown, to the official estimate, to the repairs being started, to being in paint. She was very professional and answered all questions I had about status updates. I dropped my vehicle off at the Laurel location, but due to scheduling repairs were completed at Jessup - but I didn't have to do anything! Matt even brought the car back to the Laurel location which helped me out immensely. I have recommended Gerber to my coworkers based on my experience with Matt and Taylor, and I hope to never have to see them again (hehe) but if something does happen, I know where I am taking my vehicle!

Alex was very professional and courteous. He patiently explained everything clearly during the estimate and after the repair was performed. He called me to come and pick up my car and was glad for me to leave the rental car at their premises. A year ago, I hit a deer and it destroyed the left side of my car. The team at Gerber repaired my car in about a week and, in the meantime, I was given a great car to drive around while I waited for the repairs. My vehicle was returned to me in me in a better condition than it originally was before the accident. Unfortunately, after some months, the paint started to strip from the front bumper that was replaced and I was told that the epoxy had not been properly applied and the part was defective. I took it back in to Gerber and immediately they replaced the part at no cost! The receptionist (Taylor) and the manager (Erin) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and genuinely wanted to help me. I would recommend the Jessup, MD store to anyone in the area and I am extremely pleased ... with their service. Just wanted to send an email regarding the above average service that this facility provided. They kept me informed through each step of the way. From vehicle getting dropped off to pickup date. As a manager of 27 fleet vehicles, if any of them are involved in an accident (Fingers Crossed ) this is where they will be serviced
