The office at Gerber Collision is very clean, I was greeted with professionalism by Migdalia in the office and then Koen who took the estimated. Fred very polite and friendly drove me home when I dropped my vehicle off. Migdalia such a sweetheart, when calling Koen with any questions she knew who I was by my first and last name without me telling her. Koen is by far the best, he kept me updated about everything I mean everything. I appreciate him for that. Ken is the man, Ken made things happen. Ken went above and beyond to have some repairs done that my insurance wouldn't approve. Gerber Collision has the 4 great peoples that keeps their business growing. Asa did a thorough job inspecting the damage from the accident, damage from a preexisting loss and damage from unrelated circumstances. When I picked up my car all the damage was addressed, my battery was changed, adhesive was removed from the doors and light bulbs were changed preventing me from being pulled over. My expectations were exceeded and I said "WOW" I can't stop smiling. Thanks Gerber.
