Wow! Totally impressed with this group from the front desk to the finish and delivery. The damage was the the driver side rear end bumper and again WOW! The repacement work was flawless. My car was delivered 3 days sooner than expected and in far better condition (inside and out) than when I dropped it off for repair. I most definitely will refer everyone needing service to the Schaumburg team. Thanks again Mark Lutz and to the entire team at Gerber Schaumburg!

Fortunately I have very little experience with collision repair. My car was injured without my presence in a garage and they were paying for it. Gerber Collision did an excellent job repairing my auto body damage. They worked directly with State Farm providing the estimate and billing them directly. They keep you updated via text or email of the status of your auto repair at least every other day. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more competent.
