Mr. S is not only an estimator he truly cares about his customers, and takes his time in explaining what's going to be done with your car. As many dealerships, repair shops etc., we've been dealing with in the past no one comes as close to Mr. S. with exemplary customer satisfaction. Thank you

They found more damage than they thought & contacted the insurance company, who represented the other driver, & were given the go ahead to fix that also. They went above & beyond & we were very impressed with their excellent work!!! I will recommend them to anyone who ever needs repair work done on their vehicle. Wonderful people & exceptional work.

From upfront reception from Natalie to service personnel, excellent service. Received daily updates .and with the change in repair estimates if necessary. I can't even tell that there was a damage in my car. I cannot share repair image because I just sold the car.

I would like to give a big Thank You to Jessica at the Round Lake, Illinois location. I went in for a job estimate on my 2001 Jaguar and she treated me with outstanding customer service and was so very courteous and helpful explaining and answering my questions. She exemplifies what outstanding customer service is all about. I have brought my vehicle for service at that location a couple of times before and as long as they have staff like Jessica, I will continue to do so when the need arises.

I called Gerber and spoke with Venessa. She was a pleasure to speak with and directed me to Nick. I brought my 2016 Lexus to the Crystal Lake store. The front bumper had popped out of place. Nick immediately helped me and replaced a couple of plastic brackets that holds the bumper in place. Nick refused to bill me. He said it was no problem and was happy to help. The least I could do was donuts and coffee on me for Nick and his employees. Thanks Nick. Old Fashioned service and class!
