The customer service at Gerber Collision and Glass was truly outstanding. I was in constant contact with my service rep (Rodney) regarding the status of my vehicle and when the repairs would be completed. Even when there were delays because the wrong parts were delivered, Rodney always kept me updated with Gerber's progress. More importantly, the work itself was done thoroughly and met my expectations. The replaced the bumper, flushed the hood, and popped back in the headlights. Made the car look brand new again. Thank you Gerber for taking great care of my repairs!

My experience with Andrew from Gerber was great! He walked me through everything step by step, he called me with regular updates. When I did have a question he called me back promptly. I never felt I was out of the loop. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm very happy with their customer service. My car looks great. If needed, I would go back to Gerber no questions ask.
