I was very impressed with the entire service. Everything went very smoothly, from getting the estimate, dropping off the car, and picking up the repaired car. I was very impressed that I received texts on different days which kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and the projected completion date. Everybody that I dealt with was very helpful and professional.

Had to wait 7 days instead of 4-5 promised and return for the rim repair who was almost an hour late for an appointment. Overall great service and results. Would recommend. Thanks Gerber Collision for great service.
