I had a great experience with GG&C in January when they did repairs on my vehicle following an accident with a deer. I recently returned to get my broken side mirror fixed and was pleasantly surprised when they announced they would do the repairs free of charge as a courtesy. I will definitely keep this in mind when any work needs to be done in the future, and I can't recommend GG&C highly enough!

I had a minor repair that needed to be fixed on my rear passenger side wheel well/mud flap replacement. Don Nichols at the Holly Springs, NC location was wonderful to work with from initial estimate to pick up. I felt that the cost of the work done was very reasonable. Also, the repair was done quickly and professionally and I was pleased with the final results. I had a Great experience with Gerber, A deer had run into my car and when I brought it in I had taped up my front end. The tape was wet and my bumper was going to fall off so They wanted to take my car that Day. Things did not work with the Rent A Car that they helped set up for that day So I had dropped it off the next day . I picked up my car 1 week later In the rain again and the hood and front end had large Beads of water Great Sign the entire car was shining. Gerber kept me posted on the work. They were very pleasnt and I would recommend them to all my friends.

I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the service and quality of work I received at Gerber Collision. I was in an accident with my 2013 Altima and the job that was done looks like it was never hit. I would recommend anybody going to them for service. The service was just wonderful and my point of contact (Mr. Lee) was very friendly ans gave me updates every week on the progress on the work. GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY = HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

James gave the best service anyone could ask for! I had spoken with him in advance to help aid in the speedy repair of my daughters car that was at school with her. I was able to bring the car in the day before Thanksgiving in the hopes of having it completed for her to return to school by Saturday. With the holiday I really did not think the repair would be done but to my surprise I received a call before the end of Wednesday that the car was done and they were finishing the detailing. I was extreemely pleased with the repair.
