I had two rear end incidents in 2 months. I took my vehicle to Gerber both times (referral from a friend) and was very surprised by how smooth everything went. When I scheduled a repair, it took about a day and a half in which I was car-less, which was great. I was able to leave my rental car there as well, which make the whole process super easy. The car came back look amazing, plus it was washed, which it was in dire need of.

This place is the BEST!!!! I the past 2 months both of my cars had been hit from behind from another driver. Their insurance paid the bill, but Gerber did an amazing job of both of my cars... I like the fact that they were quick and called me to give updates on the status of my car. They even washed the car when it was done... I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs body work on their car.... A+++++

This repair was to a truck tailgate and was not covered by insurance. The repair involved Linex spraying. While Gerber did their part beautifully and on schedule, Linex was 2 days later than they agreed upon. Kelly was really on top of them, making sure they did not take longer and got the repair completed when we needed it to be done. He and the entire staff are friendly and work very hard to provide a first rate product on a predictable schedule.

Impressed by the whole team in Holly Springs...Rodney, Kelley and Pam. The service was excellent and the repair looks great. Two other places where I received quotes wanted to replace my entire hood due to the dent, however Gerber was able to repair my existing hood so I could keep the original part.

Often times in life we can only find the bad. But as a business owner myself I think we should also find the good. Although my car has not been fixed yet. I am here to tell you that the reason I am having fixed at Gerber is not the price (you were not the cheapest) it is because of Gus. I have never been treated like I was when Gus welcomed me into your shop. His professionalism, and knowledge can only be surpassed by his personality. His new title should be " Manager Of First Impressions" you are lucky to have him.
