What a great experience! Amelia at the Mooresville office was sweet, thorough, incredibly competent, and professional. She made me feel that my car would be repaired fully and the insurance co. of the boy who hit my car would pay for it fully. She also asked if I would mind having my car be serviced in Hickory. They could start right away. I agreed. Then Tim C. called to confirm my car was being transferred to Hickory. He was polite and authoritative . He assured me that he would continue updating me on the progress of my repair. I was grateful to know how things progressed and felt that my car was in good hands, Tim's. Both Tim and Amelia made this accident less consuming. I no longer worried about my car and that was wonderful! Thanks for the great professionalism! The repairs were immaculate and completed ahead of schedule, and all of the staff were super nice and helpful, especially Rashey. Excellent service for all employees. Updates on repair given as work progressed. Repair finished earlier than originally promised. Car was washed and cleaned also after repairs were made. Rashey M. did an excellent job in handling all the paperwork.
