Rodney S. had me to come back in and clear up the driver side headlight so I would have a matching set, Rodney is a man who goes above and beyond the call the call of duty to satisfy the customer. Recently, I dropped in to this Gerber location to get help on re-setting the windows program on our 2007 Lexus RX350. Though I was just a walk-in and the office was busy, one of the staff immediately me and re-programmed the windows. I really appreciated his willingness to assist me without an appointment. This particular Gerber shop has worked on both our Lexus and my Toyota Tacoma. I am very satisfied with the outcome of both repairs and will direct all my future business to Gerber. I will certainly recommend Gerber whenever I can.
