Angela F. handled all the communication regarding the service I required on my 2005 Cadiallac STS. My car was vandalized so it was an emotional experience for me. Angela displayed compassion and empathy in a professional manner. My car looked as good as it did the day I bought it. Obivious to me the entire staff takes pride in the work they do. I sincerely appreciated the text msg updates I received during the process as well.

From the time I was first contacted by Gerber by phone, to the time I picked up my finished vehicle, the A++ customer service, friendly personalities and great attitudes of the staff were above and beyond my expectations. This is not common in any modern business, especially a nationwide business that has seen success. The usual trend is to slack off in customer service once the profits have been made, but not Gerber - I was treated with absolute and utmost respect, given tons of details about the vehicle restoration process and made to feel comfortable during the days when I didn't see my vehicle - they even called to give me an update of what was going on. Even as I sat in the waiting area on the first day I came in, I heard the employee Angela on the phone ordering the parts immediately over the phone. I could go on and on about how ... spectacular the customer service was at this location, by ALL employees, not just one. I especially noticed how they spoke to each other - it takes humility, and professionalism to speak to one another with respect as they did. Angela even offered to tape my busted tail light cover back on so that I wouldn't have any trouble with not having a tail light in the week before my vehicle was scheduled to be repaired. I had my bumper, tail light, and trunk lid replaced. My car looks just like it did when I bought it, and much cleaner than when I brought it in. A lot of businesses could WOW their customers like this if they would only adopt the customer service practices that this Gerber location obviously has. They went above and beyond my expectations, in all facets of their practice. It was actually kind of hard to say goodbye. These are the kind of people you would want in your personal life as friends, because you can trust them. Thank you Gerber! I went in on 5/8/13 for an estimate on a small paint repair. I was helped by the general manager Chris Hardin. I was very pleased. He was very courteous friendly, and eager to help. He even cleaned the area and showed me that there was less damage then expected. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend you to everyone I know. From check in to check out Gerber customer service was outstanding. Every question and concern was taken care of. I received updates of my vehicle via texts and phone calls. I am totally pleased with the reapirs done of my vehcle. I feel like the staff went above and beyond what was required. Customer service is wonderful!!!
