My insurance gave me the names of several repair centers in area. My son-in-law had some repairs done by Gerber and said he was well pleased and highly recommended them. Because I needed no adjuster I just dropped my car off. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, the repair is excellent, and was done in the timeframe quoted to me. Thank you! I give them 5 stars!

This is the first time I use a corporate collision repair company to get my car repaired, and I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber. They were very friendly and willing to help. The manager even called me when my car was ready to explain the work that had been done. Their customer relationship management is absolutely outstanding for such a large company. I will definetly reccommend Gerber to my friends, family, and colleagues in the future.

Too many times in life people do not take the time to express when everything goes right. However, when things go wrong they tell you every time. I am taking a moment to tell you how pleased and satisfied I am with the level of professional customer service I received from Terry Flynn and his assistant Wendy at the Gerber Collision Center in Hammond LA. Needed some body work done on my Corrolla and was treated very well by all staff! They were quick and really cared about getting my vehicle back in a timely manner and 100% repaired. I especially want to emphasize the receptionist Wendy. She was amazing and really attentive. Gerber is lucky to have her on y'all's team! My car estimator was Andrew. As anyone knows, it is a pain to be away from your vehicle and have to rearrange plans to get from point A to point B. When I picked up my car, it had been washed, vacuumed, and even my tires were shined. Gerber does great work, and I have been highly satisfied with this company throughout the years. I am impressed with the finish of my 2011 grabber blue Ford Mustang. She is my baby. When I was in my wreck, my second thought was - I hope my car is ok. The damages broke my heart. Gerber Collision & Glass not only repaired all the damage, they also cleaned my car from top to bottom. I highly recommend the star quality staff at Gerber.
