In my 50 years of owning an auto, I have never had a better experience with a "body shop". The customer service area was attractive, clean and could have been the showroom of a new car dealership. The personnel that dealt with my wife and me were cheerful, articulate, well informed and helpful. The description of the work to be done and (later) that which was done was clear; and the work itself was flawless. The whole experience was positive. Congratulations both for a well-run operation and a very good repair job!

Great, nice, friendly, professional staff. Did excellent repair work on my door and did it in a timely manner. Only thing I wish they would have did was do a quick wipe down of the interior of my car. It had visible-standing dust everywhere! I'm assuming it was from the shop & the type of repair work that was done. My seats are a dark gray/black and they were really ashy as well as the dashboard/console/gear/radio/display/cup holders ETC...& if you want to be petty, my tire's air pressure was low & they didn't fill it up lol. Granted, I could've asked them to fill it up but I had to get back to work. They did wash the exterior though. But overall I would recommend Gerber!

My experience with Gerber Collision clearly exceeded my expectations. The team I met -- Jaime, Kimberly and Michael (the Manager) -- was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and my car was actually ready before the promised due date. Even when I asked for assistance with a rental car, the representative from Enterprise was at Gerber when I arrived to drop off my car. I am very pleased USAA recommended Gerber, and all my future needs for collision repairs will be directed to Gerber. I cannot thank the Gerber team enough for the way I was treated--they were truly fantastic to work with!
