Great service! Was kept up to date on texts where they were at repairing my car. Kyle was extremely helpful explaining what was done to repair damage. Very professional, friendly, courteous service by all I came into contact with there. Would definitely recommend friends and family to go there for service.

From the estimate to final pickup, Kyle was amazing!!! His continued, transparent, and detailed communication were much appreciated. I was rear ended and Garber did a phenomional job repairing the damage in a timely manner. I am a self proclaimed car/truck nut and extremely critical of p[aint/body work. My Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited looks better than new! Please that the shop and Semal as my "liason"!!!!

Just picked up my SUV after being at Gerber for collision repair. My SUV looks brand new and the personnel at Gerber were very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have had. They would update me twice a week as to the progress of the repair. Would highly recommend Gerber.

Collision wise Gerber did a great job on my car I would highly recommend them. My car looks amazing. Thank you collision team! I did not meet any of you (usually how it works in the back of the house) but I want to thank you for the beautiful job. Everything looks perfect and I have already recommended Gerber Collision to my family and friends. I had one issue but was taken care of right away due to their exceptional front desk rep Elizabeth. I have not come across the customer service Elizabeth naturally gives in a very very long time. Between the insurance company and the car rental confusion, Elizabeth took all the worries away from me and took care of everything herself . She is very very knowledgeable, walks you through every detail of the process. She is certainly a huge asset to Gerber's team and they certainly have the right ... person at the front of the house. Excellent work. Car was done way before promised. Rental handled efficiently. Car looks years younger when I picked up and they spruced up and repaired the bumper. Impressed. Clean, friendly and efficient. What more could you want.
