The staff was excellent and my estimator was particularly friendly and professional. He kept me informed when the support bracket sent for the repair was wrong and he couldn't get it finished when promised because of having to reorder the part. It was finished the next day and he called me immediately. A real added plus was that they washed and detailed the truck before returning it to me. Should I ever need body work or glass done, I will certainly contact Gerber first.
