I very much appreciated the helpfulness and efficiency of both the staff and mechanics. The insurance claim was handled promptly to facilitate an almost immediate next-day estimate, and Gerber was flexible with my schedule to permit the repairs at a time that worked best for me. They combined a separate work order for me to get another much delayed repair completed during this same appointment. While enabling me with their kind assistance to navigate all the logistical challenges of arranging for repairs and for Enterprise rental transportation, I was also very much impressed by the top quality restoration work. I would recommend this Gerber location to anyone.

Everything was handled professionally and timely, and I especially enjoyed receiving updates via e-mail since I'm unable to take calls during my work hours. I'm very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone in need of auto body repairs in the future.

I have brought my car for body repair work for the second time in less than a year because of two unfortunate hit and run incidents. The first time was a great experience where my car was repaired with excellent interaction with me to let me know the status of each step of repair. Since was done so flawlessly the first time, I decided to use them again . I so appreciated the staff keeping in constant contact with me and getting the repair done well.
