The clamps broke on the metal piece around my grill so I went to Gerber for an estimate. Brittney looked at it and saw an opportunity to fix it in the spot. As I was getting ready to ask her how much she said, "you're good". Talk about GREAT customer service. I really appreciate her kindness. Thank you Brittney for putting a smile in my face.

Gerber Woodstock Ga. provided me with excellent customer service. They were so friendly and Knowledgeable and they actually completed my repair ahead of schedule. They kept me informed throughout the repair process. In a day and age where customer service has become a thing of the past, this facility should be commended for excellent customer service and by the way, the repairs that they performed on my vehicle look great. I approached this location cauriously after being bumped by another company for self paying. They had insurance work that was a higher priority. This store's estimate was slightly higher, but they assured me they could schedule my body work and have my car finished in 5 days. They did it in 4.5 days, the work was outstanding. I received a progress text daily and a phone call day 3 and 5 to handle progress reports. The car is beautiful, cleaned in and out and in the end it came in $800 under estimate. Thank you for your outstanding service.
