The speed and quality of repair was great and convenience was made top priority! Bill W. was pleasant and helpful. I gave 4 stars because there seemed to be a lack of communication between the receptionist and Bill which caused me to wait a little longer on one occasion than I'd have liked.

Gerber collision done a great job repairing my vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and I was kept up to date on the progress by phone and email. Bill W. was my contact person and he is very courteous and helpful. Gerber made a happy ending for me in a bad situation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends!

They did a great job fixing my 2014 Honda Odyssey, which was damaged when a tree fell on it. The staff was very good on keeping me abreast of the status throughout the whole process and I received the van on the promised date.
