I wanna give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ROBERT, THE MANAGER!!!! MY CAR HAD STOP FOR OVER 30-40 MINUTES, everyone literally had drove by or honked at me. I could not ask for better customer service. My agent was awesome. She was very nice, helpful and personable. In fact, when came in to get the estimate on my Silverado, I was sitting in the waiting area waiting my turn. I accidentally left my coffee cup and water cup in the waiting area. When I got home, I realized I had left my cups. I called and told my agent what happened and she assured me that she had already put my cups in her off and they would be when I dropped of my truck off for the repairs. I very much appreciate how she took care of me. The repair work is awesome. It's like nothing ever happened. My Silverado was ready exactly the time she estimated. I am very impressed with Gerber Collision and Glass. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family.

I would like to say these guys are beyond AMAZING! Jeff was amazing and had EXCELLENT communication during this hard time. He kept me up to date on every little detail with what was going on!! I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the middle of April and I got a call today letting me know it was ready for pick up! 2 weeks! They got it done in very good timing and took care of everything I needed and more! and not to mention my car looks BRAND NEW!!! Thanks so much you guys! Ya'll are truly amazing!!!!
