Don M. was my Service Representative..and he was so interested in my Problem and made me feel so comfortable and assured that my problems were going to get excellent attention. He gave me and my car his full attention while I was talking. My car was repaired promptly, and I was given a Courtesy call I could come get it.. Mr. M. met me at the door and escorted me to my car and explained all the details to me and he walked me around my car for inspection and my satisfaction....I cannot recommend Gerber Collision enough and I hope all who visit a Gerber have a Don M. as their Rep. I had my collision repair done at this location and received nothing but the best service. My car was fixed to look and work like a brand new car. Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided by Gerber. I had absolutely no problems and my questions were always answered on time. Also the time it took my car to get fully fixed took a shorter amount of time than I thought it would.

This Gerber Collision gets a 5 Star Rating! Excellent body work! We hit a deer sadly and did $2400 in front end damage to our vehicle. It looks lovely again. They also offered a 5 day free car rental. And my car was ready in 9 business days. I would recommend this place to all! Keep up the good work! The entire team at Gerber welcomed us with impeccable service from the front door to the completion of the repair of our vehicle. We had extensive damage done to our rear break light as well as our rear bumper and to our surprise and excitement, the repair was completed the morning after we dropped off our vehicle. I RECENTLY HAD SOME REPAIR WORK DONE ON MY VEHICLE....SEVERAL WEEKS LATER A PART OF A DOOR HANDLE FELL OFF (NOT RELATED TO THE REPAIR WORK)..I OBTAINED THE DAMAGED PART AND ASKED YOUR DANIEL S TO REPLACE THE MISSING WHILE I WAITED DUE TO MY LIVING ALONG AND HANDICAPPED I HAD NO WAY OF LEAVING THE VEHICLE....HE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HE INFORMED THAT MY AUTO WAS READY TO GO...AT NO CHARGE!!
