My experience with this Gerber Location was awesome! Jennifer was very kind and very knowledgeable from the beginning. She walked me thru every step of the way. I received timely texts and phone calls from her to continuously update me on the status of my auto repair. Molly at the front desk was also very nice to work with! She always had a smile on her face and was very pleasant. My car was returned to me washed and in great shape! I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gerber again and would also recommend them to friends and family.

Jennifer was amazing with all the trials she and I were put through in getting my car back. If it was not for her, I would never come back after having to come back 3 times in a couple days because the technicians that fixed my car did not check to make sure things were working properly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and went out of her way to make this ok. You do not come across that very often these days and she deserves to be commended for her professionalism and attitude. She is the only reason I will come back to Gerber if something happens again. Please make sure you take the time to appreciate having someone with integrity and that level of quality working for you. Rare.

The repair was estimated to take three days but it was completed in one day. The damage was not as extensive assumed but the repair was quick and above expectations. This will definitely be my first choice location should I ever need other services.
