I had an awesome experience at an unpleasant time and I would like to attribute that to Kevin D, my Estimator. I had previously received an estimate from a nationally known company and was very dissapointed by the way they treated me. When I came to Gerber I was treated with kindness and excellent customer service which made me feel welcome and appreciated. Kevin was very knowledgeable and he explained the process and went the extra mile to ensure that I was safe driving my car until I brought it in for repairs. My grill was completely demolished and some brackets were missing which jeopardized my safety as my hood could have flown up while driving. He removed the grill and stablized my hood and to ensure that it would remain in place. Just taking the time to do something so small and seemedly insignificant was very significant in my ... decision to choose Gerber for my repairs. Kevin was very informative during the repair process and he provided realistic expectations and called to informed if there were any changes. I would refer family and friends to Gerber for any repair needs in the future. Kevin is definitely a great asset to your company. I do realize that there is a team that works with him to make him look good as well. They guys in the repair and body shop did and excellent job to my vehicle it looks brand new and I love my car again. Thank you to the Gerber Family for taking care of my repair needs! WOW WOW WOW. What and amazing this shop is. My beautiful Lexus was T-boned in Sept and my Nationwide Inc. recommended your Garner NC location. Having never had an accident before, I was not aware of what I should. I was asked to call Molly at the Garner office and she would walk me through what I need to do. When I arrived I was asked to have a seat and Kevin would be with me shortly. Well maybe 2 minutes passed and Kevin D. came over informed me he would be handling my claim and for my not to worry about anything. I was assured the work would be done and i would never know it had been hit. I was kept updated every cou[le of days on the progress of my car. Kevin and or Molly called me as promised. I was having an issue with the ins. company from the person who hit my car and Kevin was willing to get my rental taking care of for a few days ... until this was settled. Having retired as a GM with La Quinta Hotels and Marriott Hotels after 30 years customer service is my # 1 pritory, and Kevin exceeded all my expections. Patrick who assisted us in our last repair did an excellent job in detailing all that needed to be done and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the premises. I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision. Kevin handled my repair work and was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I spoke with him several times whenever I had a question about any little thing. He did the first inspection on my vehicle and he brought to my attention very small details that I hadn't noticed after the auto collision. I was very impressed from the get-go and I remain a very pleased customer after the fact. My vehicle looks like brand new money today and I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I ever needed anything else repaired. Mollie kept me informed about the repair process as well with phone calls and texts throughout the entire duration of my Ford Edge's stay at Gerber. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
