Fabulous! Called this morning, John arrived at noon, job done and at a great price (just over half of Safelite's price). For an unplanned event, this could have been highly inconvenient, but turned out to be effortless and inexpensive. And John was pleasnat and professional to boot! What's not to love?

Amy Goes over and above , unfortunately this has not been my first visit!! We definitely didn't have to think where we wanted to take my SUV!! They were in touch every step of the way! The office staff was fantastic as well ! I am soo picky!!! Having our vehicle into the Gambrillls shop on other occasions I give them 10 stars every time ! (I know only 5 are given) Suv was done when Amy said it would be !! You are lucky to have an Employee that cares so much !

They did a GREAT job on my car and they even popped out a dent on the front wheel well from me leaning on the car. I really like the daily updates and the staff was superb! I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a service facility. Berber has gone above and beyond to ensure that the repairs on my daughter's jeep were completed correctly, efficiently and flawlessly. Amy, the general manager, was such a pleasure to work with. She quoted the repairs accurately and communicated with me during the process. The people that work there are a great team. They're all extremely professional and friendly! It's very much a family environment. They answered all my questions, gave me a call twice a week to update me on the process and provided outstanding service. They even vacuumed out the truck when they were finished the repairs. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience than I got from Amy and the Gerber team. I had the best experience with Elena and Don. They were extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. I would like to especially point out how Elena went out of her way and came in on a Saturday (when they are closed) to allow me to pick up my vehicle. She took the time on her day-off to help me get my vehicle because I was unable to get there on the Friday before prior to closing. The work they did on my vehicle looks spectacular and I could not be more pleased. Also, when I was getting ready to leave, my car would not start (an issue that Gerber was not responsible for). An employee (Rafael) noticed I was having some troubles with my vehicle and gave me a jump to get me on my way. Thank you Rafael for taking the time and asking if I needed any help.

Excellent service team. From start to finish everyone was friendly, professional and proficient. I was notified as my vehicle moved through the repair process. And my vehicle was ready earlier then promised. My car was returned not only repaired but sparkling clean. Not only was I pleased with the quality of the work done but so was my husband; who is very particular about our cars. Then the team topped it off but making my rental car drop off a breeze. Will definitely recommend their services.
