Today I had an appointment for an appraisal with Ricky A for a damage to my Audi TT hatch. I knew replacing my hatch was a good $3000k, So I asked Ricky if he could possibly flatten out perturbing skin and get it touched up with paint. SUCCESS!!. He was able to make it flat and ready to touch up with paint I asked how much I owe him, and he said it's on the house. So WOW!! He saved me a thousands of dollars if the area could not be smoothed out AMAZING customer service, best place I have found iRockledge and surrounding areas. THANKS SO MUCH Ricky!

After using Gerber several times, I'll never use another collision repair facility. They go out of their way to make sure both you and your car are cared for in a timely manner, being extremely courteous and caring. They even return my rental car for me. But most important, the quality of their repair work is 2nd to none.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Everyone was polite and responsive. I was keep abreast of the whole process by txt alerts and phone calls. To top it off, my car was ready a few days earlier than expected! The repair was flawless. You would never know I had a big dent/scratch in that spot.
