'I was in the accident on Monday on wednesday I was contacted to bring it in for preliminary inspection. My vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday I was told initially that it would be returned by Tuesday. However Ricky called me and said that I would have my vehicle on Friday. Instead of them having my vehicle for 6 days it was actually less than 36 hours. I am very satisfied with the condition in which my vehicle was returned. Every step of the process was amazing.
