My insurance recommended Gerber for repair on my 2002 bmw after I got into a small accident. I was very pleased by their customer service from the moment I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up. All employees were personable and easy to work with. They called frequently to keep me consistently updated on the repair work they were providing as well as estimated completion dates. Although, we had a slight hiccup with the insurance billing, everything was worked out painlessly! The work completed was absolutely astonishing. I am both surprised and more than pleased with the way everything came out. They refinished my front bumper, replaced my hood and lights and to top it off, fixed some trim on the outside and inside of my door. I appreciate all the hard work they have done on my car and it really shows how good of a job Gerber ... collision did! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. This is my second experience with Gerber Collision and Glass at So. Dawson Circle. All the employees at S. Dawson Circle are most attentive, gracious, courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient and very professional. The rooms, including the restrooms are very clean, orderly, pleasing and comfortable. The waiting time to see and adjuster is short. They explain the problems, the options, the approximate time to complete the work and keep you informed along the way. It is a pleasure doing business with them and would recommend Gerber C. & G. to anyone needing automobile repair work.

"WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! I accidently and slowly rear ended an older Chevy Suburban in a turn lane...argh!!! My little 97 Honda-rotti Accord LE 'Belle' suffered severe front end body damage and the Suburban suffered a scratch. I did not know how to get started in finding a place to fix 'Belle' so I just started to Google body repair shops and filled out a few online contact questionnaires. It was so impersonal and frustrating. I called my brother-in-law Chris Geyer to ask if he knew any good body repairmen or shop. Without hesitation he said "Gerber Collision off E.Arapahoe Rd. and to ask for Jimmy McCombs, Jimmy will do a excellent job and will treat you right." Jimmy is a long time friend of his. I Googled Gerber Collision right away and called after hours expecting to leave a message. I was WOWed when an actual friendly ... human being answered the phone. From that first contact to when I picked 'Belle' up, I was WOWED! I took her in for an estimate on a Saturday and received an estimate a short time later...WOW that was fast! I took her in about 10 days later (I was getting my mulah together and taking a nice long vacation in Florida...WOW THAT WAS NICE!) I dropped her off on Monday and was called on Tuesday to let me know she was taken apart and they were ready to begin the repairs... WOW! Great customer service! I received another call two days later stating she was ready for painting. It took about 8 days but it was well worth it. I love my car! (and no car payments!) I explained to Louise and John my financial situation...I am paying out of pocket because I only have liability on my car and if they could save me any money, it would be greatly appreciated. I was unemployed for 18 months and finally started work in Sept. 2012 and I am still trying to get caught up and bounce back. Fortunately my radiator was repairable and Jimmy fixed it and saved me a lot of money. WOW! I am so grateful! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! When I picked up my 'Belle' today, I was WOWED again! My little Honda-rotti looks so beautiful! I was shown the engine with the repairs on the radiator. My engine has NEVER looked so pristine and new. The body work makes her look brand new. I am so pleased! She has just under 84,000 miles and runs GREAT! Belle was complimented by John and he also complimented me on how well kept she is. Every person I spoke with at Gerber Collision was sincere, professional yet friendly. I felt that I mattered... Thank you! I have heard many stories of companies taking advantage of single women who take their vehicles into a shop for service...Thank you for not making me feel that way! WOW! The estimate was better and lower than the competition. The work was done on time and in a timely manner. The work could not have been better and the car looked like new when it was ready. Best of all, however, every Gerber employee was friendly, intelligent and helpful. The whole experience of getting the car repaired was pleasant and far more enjoyable than anyone could expect.

Outstanding work and outstanding customer service. I was kept informed of how the repairs were going. The service was prompt, courteous and professional. My Expedition came back looking brand new again. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, the lines are straight, and the paint is a perfect match.
