Your Durham shop did an outstanding job in repairing Clarissa's car. Brian provided a complete estimate and the work completed was excellent. There were not issues upon completion of the repair. The front bumper was replaced and the color match was perfect.matched The ladies in the front office were great in completing the take home transaction. Would use this location again if needed in a heart beat!

My Mazda CX5 had been rear ended. My car was in the shop for a couple of weeks. I appreciated the twice a week text messages to keep me appraised of the progress. The work was completed ahead of schedule, as we reached the ready for pick up date, I received multiple text messages per day from Brian P. The repair looks great, not only am I back to New Car condition, they detailed the car IN and OUT. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Everyone at this body shop was very helpful each time we spoke with them. We were rear-ended right before Christmas and were going out of town soon after. When we told them this, they got our car finished 2 days before the estimate date so we would have a way to get to the airport without spending $100 on a shuttle service. The body work looked amazing and they kept in frequent contact throughout the work to keep us informed of what was happening.

They also were able to answer any and all of my questions immediately about my car. Brad gave me timely phone updates about my car and always kept me in the loop. Gerber is awesome! They do great work and always keep me in the loop with my car's progress. Twice I had to go out of town while they were working on my car and they worked with my timeline. This last time they even repaired a missing piece that was not part of my needed service and it was free of charge! I can't say enough great things about their work and customer service. They exceed my expectations every time!
