"July 3rd at 5:35 I had run my car through a carwash and the pully on the window broke and my window fell. I live downtown and it was the day before the 4th of July holiday and two days after I had undergone oral surgery and I was panicked and uncomforatble. I drove to Safelite Auto Glass to hopefully get the window taped and to get the earliest appointment I could get as I had done twice before on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the same problem. No one was there. As I went around the block I passed Gerber and saw two what looked like mechanics outside your business in the parking lot talking before they left and I'm sure excited about their Holiday. I pulled up to them and without opening my window one of them, a young lady later know as Justice approached my car and I rolled the window down.She asked "hi , what can I do for ... you". I explained my delima, the other mechanic said goodbye to Justice as she spoke to me and Justice began to exemplaphy the most incredible example of customer service I have received in quite some time. I apologigized for keeping her late and she would not hear of it. She explained the defect in the window pully's in the 2002 Jeep which I was aware of but it solidified my trust in her knowledge and ability. She opened the doors of your business and retrieved tape from the garage from the back of the building and taped my window shut and invited me inside and made an appointment for first thing on July 5th all with a huge smile and an effort to make me feel valued. There was a mom and dad there receiving similar last minute relief from another attendant that was taking care of their son who had just been in an accident. They also were voicing their appreciation for the late service. Justice gave me an estimate and I was on my way with a smile on my face, stress free and a plan in place to have the window fixed. Justice called me on the 5th with the part and had me bring my car over and it was fixed within 45 minutes again with such graciousness and a smile that would put anyone at ease. My degree is in the Hospitality Industry and I now work in the field of Public Health for the State of Colorado. Do not take your eye off Justice and for Gods's sake never loose her as an employee to your competition. She is a huge asset to your organization and any other organization would be lucky to have her. With large companies sometimes exceptional employees can be overlooked. Don't be foolish, keep your eye on Justice she may be underutilized and I almost look forward to the next time I need her help. Gerber did an absolutely fantastic job. My car came out better than new, the interior was cleaned, and the service was outstanding. I worked with Jake and his professionalism and service are unmatched. He kept me updated, followed through on every statement he made, worked with my insurance company and Enterprise, and I did not have to worry about a thing. It takes a lot to motivate me to write a review, but Jake and this Gerber location deserve kudos for great service.

Hi Dezirae, I would like to tell you how well one of your employees did to help me repair my damaged truck. I'm John Ebert and I had a Red Dodge Dakota that was hit by a Porsche. Your repair process manager Jake Schuman was excellant and took great care of me and my truck. When I arrived he examined the truck with me and pointed out what needed to happen to repair the truck. He asked me about how I did with the accident and I told him that my baby girl was in the back seat and that she was ok after the accident. I also told him that I was unemployed too. After that he contacted me every several days to give me update on progress of fixing the truck and also always asked me how I was doing and how the job search was going too. He explained how putting used, re-build parts was cheaper that brand new parts, they would be examined and ... re-painted and used. He also re-used the interior parts at my request. He worked with me very well and contacted my insurance company a great deal of time to get approvals to fix truck. He also followed up quite extensively when Cherry Creek Dodge discovered additional damage to the steering pieces of the truck. We had trouble getting my insurance company representative to respond, so he called the company itself to get permission to fix the newly discover damages. When I picked up the truck he told me how Gerber could fix the other scratches and dents in my truck, not gotten in the accident, at a later time. He always asked me how I was doing since I was unemployeed and how my baby is doing after the accident. That means he really cares about his customers. Which a great many companies don't. After I picked it up, I noticed that one of your painter got paint on my truck seat, I returned and showed Jake and he quickly fixed it. He works hard to get damaged fixed quickly for your customers. His communications skills are excellent and he listens very well to what customers say. He also knows the industry very well and all the costs and availability of used and new parts for repair. His universal knowledge, communication, program management and insurance industry knowledge, makes him a primary candidate for promotion. I would highly suggestion that you send this email to your supervisors and senior directors of your company. They need to know when an excellent employees exists. That way he could continue to add greatness to your company as a leader and supervisor too. He could also train other employees in customer skills.
