Everything at this place was amazing. They knew I was in a hurry to get to work so did the estimate quickly. They called Enterprise and knew how the car would be delivered and everything. They did great work and quickly. Then they notified me. I was at work and they were willing to wait for me to come out to get the car. They handled calling Enterprise to pick up the vehicle. Very professional service, excellent work, everything great from start to finish.

I hate dealing with car stuff and insurance stuff and any stuff that goes along with it. I was so surprised that the process of fixing my car was so easy. Gerber in Concord, NC made the process so easy and the people that work there deliver some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. They took they car when they said they would, delivered it when they said they would and the work was great. They even detailed my car while they had it and that made me so happy. I will recommend and use Gerber in Concord, NC again. A special shout out to the lady that works at the front desk. I don't remember her name but she was so pleasant.

I was informed throughout the process. I knew exactly what was happening and when my car would be ready. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car and opened up the door. My car had been vacuumed and wiped down and looked like new. That was service that did not have to be done but was. Very pleased with Gerber. I have used in the past I will continue to use in the future.

Great service in all areas: * They worked me in for an estimate at the last minute, even though they were filled. * They quickly scheduled repair. * They estimated the amount of time up front, and actually met the estimate! * They phoned to give me occasional status on the job - I did not need to call them. * They handed all necessary paperwork with the insurance company. All around, a great experience.

We are returning customers because Gerber did such an excellent job on our hail-damaged Taurus. When my Civic was rear-ended, we immediately requested USAA to let it be repaired by Gerber. They were responsible, courteous, and did superb body work. They were constantly communicating with us as to the status of the car. We couldn't ask for better service. Hats off to this fine company!
