The best service ever. Only three days until completion. Estimator Doug Timmons was very helpful and provided all info I needed to make a decision. The office staff were great in keeping me informed as to the status of the repairs. In my 55 years of driving and as a Sheriffs Deputy for 23 years I have never seen so much professionalism as with Gerber. The repairs were WOO and beyond our expectations. From delivery to pickup, only three days. Best repair company and staff we have come in contact with. Will recommend to all our friends. THANK YOU.

Unfortunately, my wife's vehicle was damaged. The same type of accident within two months. Just like my last vehicle damaged this was damaged as well. First, when the owner who damaged our vehicle informed us she was with Allstate, I made sure when my wife called the insurance agency, they delt with Gerber. Gerber recently fixed another vehicle of mine and I was more than pleased with their service. Again, the service was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. I must say, Gerber is professional, curtious, customer oriented, and the best as far as I am concerned at what they do. My wife and I was happy with the results and feel more than comfortable recommending Gerber. I appreciate their service; TOP NOTCH.

This is the absolute best experience I have had with any type of auto service or repair. Every person I met and every conversation I had with the Gerber employees at this location was positive, professional, helpful and friendly. I was treated like a person and a valued customer. I was kept up to date on the progress of the work on my vehicle and the work done was outstanding. If I need collision or glass repair done in the future, this shop will be my first choice and I will recommend this location to anyone I know who needs a referral to a great place to do business. "The staff really went above and beyond "customer service". From the minute I walked in the door I felt like my vehicle was going to get the best attention. The day that my truck was to be finished, I received a call form the general manager. He was not satisfied with the way the bumper turned out (it was not "stamped" correctly). He ordered a new one and ensured me that it would be priority. He got it done a day early and my truck....she looks beautiful:) Thanks Gerber. I will definitely spread the word!!!"
