I had my 2007 Toyota Avalon repaired at your shop due to it being damaged twice while parked in a parking lot, hence, two different insurance companies were involved. Your very competent employee, Earl B., expressed honesty and integrity in my dealings with your company and myself. He noticed additional damage to my vehicle and he notified the insurance company of the additional cost of repairs. I felt he went the extra mile in customer service for me and I would comment Mr B. for his detail and insight towards your customers. I am very pleased with the outcome and beauty of my vehicle and will recommend your company to any and everyone I come in contact.

The company kept us advised of modifications to the initial estimate after the technician disassembled the damaged door. The office staff was very helpful. We have used Gerber Collision and Glass for auto body work on three of our vehicles over the years. They are the best at what they do. This is not the first time that we've utilized this facility. We've always found the service center to be efficient, staying in contact with us from the time that we drop the vehicle off. Completion of the work is always well within the time frame that they've allotted, which is a plus with us. We don't hesitate to recommend this facility to other individuals. Six-stars-plus out of five. And Enterprise Leasing did just as good a job on their end for my rental car. Gerber's backed up on appointments but don't get antsy. As long as your car is driveable, have them schedule you in. Our Toyota was hit from the rear, $2,600 damage, and Gerber only took one day to fix. Everything was perfect in the way they handled things: p.r. of the two estimators, Doug and later Ryan; the manager and her assistant at the front desk; the coordination with Enterprise; the way the insurance was handled--Legacy had to pay but we have Twin City Fire Ins. Co. through AARP (neither is listed above). The rental was $12 out of pocket and THERE WAS NO OTHER COST INVOLVED in regard to our accident. I give Gerber some 5-star plus, plus, plus, plus........
