CO - 569 25 1/2 Rd, Grand Junction - 11/9/23

I have experienced great customer service and body work with this company. I unfortunately had my car in to be worked on twice this summer. I had scraped the drivers side of car against a big planter at a hotel. No damage to the planter. Less than two weeks after getting my car, I was rear ended and the damage was major. fortunately the person at fault insurance company covered that repair. Larry, the general manager is so professional. I appreciate the customer service they provide.

A while ago I was involved with a hit and run accident. It was a simple case of someone hitting my left front fender. There were no injuries, but the other person just drove off! So after doing a little research, I chose Gerber Collision! A great decision! When I picked up my Honda Element ( nicknamed Pumpkin!) it looked brand new! And, they gave me a small bottle of extra paint for other spots on the car! I passed my recommendation onto a host of others! So, I highly recommend them! Thanks so much!

Enthusiastic Quality Service! The finish on the door of my late model truck had been slightly marred by tiny mist droplets of unknown origin which would not come off in the car wash or when I tried to rub them out with a towel. I realized I needed professional help. Larry made my car look like new again! And I was doubly impressed by the positive enthusiasm with which he did his job!

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Gerber. There was some miscommunication with the insurance company and the shop at first but I was kept up to date with the stages of repair. The car was fixed in a way that I couldn't tell where the repair happened, the paint matched perfectly and the door aligned with no squeak! Thank you. I can confidently send referrals your way!

I had a hail damage repair done on my new car (it still has the temp tag on it) and I took it to Gerber. It was such an easy and pleasant process. Everyone was friendly, they got my car in (and returned to me) very quickly. They worked with my insurance and took all the hassle out of the process. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My estimator Phillip C. was wonderful. He greeted me every time I came in, and went above and beyond to ensure my car looked like the hail never happened. My car was spotless when I got it back and they even detailed the inside! It looked better than the day I bought it. Thank you Gerber Collision. I will gladly do business with you in the future if I ever have vehicle damage again and I will refer Gerber to all my family and friends. You are the best!!
