So...our vehicle was dropped off at this shop incorrectly and after hours on a Friday. They called me first thing Monday morning (which also happened to be a holiday) to let me know that they had our vehicle. They were so awesome and kind as I fought with insurance and the 3rd party tow company to get it picked up and taken to the correct shop. They did not have to do any of that and we really wish they would have had the ability to work on a Jaguar because we would have loved to actually work with them! Great people and we are so very grateful!

What a relief. Working with Gerber was a seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable experience. Nobody looks forward to required vehicle repairs, but this group of professionals made it worth the time. They provided excellent customer service with updates throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision as well as David G to anyone needing collision repairs.

Amazing service! They fixed my car in less than a week while other shops estimated four weeks. (They even returned my rental.) Carma took her time to explain exactly what needed to be done and warned me to be careful of shops who try to take advantage of women (like the first one I got my estimate from). I totally trust this place and will definitely recommend them.
