This is my review of work done recently. Picked up truck on 9/18/24. I am impressed with your customer service, and it is reflected in the outcome of the finished product. If you look at the work done it does not look like it is a new truck. You do such wonderful work, and I appreciate it. Keep up the excellent work.

My wife and I have used Gerber previously and the repair work has been great. I had my luxury car in for an accident repair and again the repair was great. I did though have an item (warning light) that required 3 return visits to get the issue resolved. Jeff and his team were very professional and did a great job in honoring their guarantee in resolving the issue.

OMG! Gerber was totally outstanding! Front desk always took care of us the minute we walked in. Aand caring at every amazingly attentive throughout the process! Kim was caring and friendly, and her technical expertise was above reproach! The estimate was thorough and complete -- and Kim explained in great detail. We learned of a nationwide recall on the vehicle under repair. Kim went above and beyond to help us understand re call, and the best course of action to take. It took Toyota and the government nearly 6 months to resolve, and Kim provided updates on request that were much more detailed than we got from Toyota. Once Toyota resolved and provided repair for the car, we called Kim and got rescheduled immediately. The front desk helped us to get the best rental car and we turned the our car in within a day. Our repairs were completed ... in 3 days! The return process was thorough, and once again, Kim and the rest of the staff were amazingly efficient in getting us back on the road. Kudos to Gerber for a great job. I give Gerber and the Colffax shop my highest recommendation! read more

I never answer the phone but every time my caller ID said Gerber I picked up because I knew Kim would answer with a smile of a voice and a giggle. She was so professional but she also made my day better just by being so positive. It really makes a difference. The work was great as well, the final product was worth the insurance annoyance and now we know who to go to for all of our car collision and glass needs!

Well, if you're going to be in an accident, or in our case two accidents in two years, you'll be grateful for Gerber and Dave G.. The quality of the work is exceptional and the twice weekly communication really puts you at ease. After our last accident, the passenger front door wouldn't open all the way, but it was still drivable. Dave and his team adjusted the door for me while I was there for an estimate. That was super kind as it was going to be a couple of weeks until the parts were in stock and they could begin the repairs and we needed to continue to use our car during that period. All around great experiences and really kind service from Dave and the entire team. I hope for no more accidents, but if there are I will return. Thank you, Gerber.

Getting in a car accident is a very stressful experience, but the process working with Gerber Collision put us at ease. The coordination between Gerber our insurance company and the rental car service was seamless. I appreciated the frequent communication about our repair. Our van was finished earlier than expected, the staff at Gerber was friendly and great to work with, and the van looks amazing. Thank you for such a good experience.
