nice to have my car back (got it back on Friday) & looking all new again! Took the car in on Wed morning & had it back by Friday end of day. They saw the steel bumper was missing when they took off the bumper cover. John called me to let me know this & ask if I wanted to have them put a bumper on. He quoted me an amazing price for parts & labor - and now I have a bumper! Thank you to Amy, John, & the guys at Gerber Collision & Glass in CDA. Y'all did a great job & were very kind. I love the lifetime warranty on the work you did too! I'm definitely recommending y'all to others!!

I have been SO impressed with Gerber. Their attention to detail and customer care is incredible! I have never been treated so well as a customer anywhere! They are so welcoming, I instantly felt like we knew each other. I trust their repairs 100% and know they will back their work if anything is amiss. I hope I never need the repairs again, but if I do I will always choose Gerber if I can!

I was so pleased with the customer service I received while my auto was in for repair. I got constant updates by text and phone on the progress and even got my car back 3 days earlier then estimated. The did an excellent job on the repair. I appreciate the service I received and would definately use them again if needed.

John was very knowledgeable and accommodating when I went for my estimate. He went out of his way to keep me informed when the car was in the shop. I had a minor problem when I picked the car up and John again went out of his way to get the problem fixed right away. Very happy with my experience

I have had the best service every time I tack my car to Gerber. Yes I have been there 3 times in last 4 yrs. Thankfully nothing najor and nit all my fault. Everyone there goes above and beyond giving quality service. I recommended Gerber to my son when he was rear ended and he gave them nothing but praise. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone??
