They communicated above my expectations. They used good judgement that I felt was honest when helping me with a specific option decision. I did ask for windshield repair while it was there, and I think they forgot it; however, I got a coupon for Glass America inserted in the service packet. Thinking about using insurance for that too now. I will return to that location, actually hope not, if I hit another deer. They're good folks.

I am very pleased with the quality of work done on my vehicle by Gerber Collision/Glass. Parts were on back order, which is outside of anyone's control and not Gerber's fault. I had to wait a few months and, honestly, after the accident I wasn't even sure my car could go back looking the way it used to. Ashleigh kept me informed very frequently about the status of my vehicle which I really appreciated. My car really does look brand new and was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this collision center to anyone looking for high quality collision repair!

Haven't gotten my car back yet but still wanted to share my thoughts on the positive aspects of my experience so far. Very good experience with getting updates on the status of my repair job. I think I had reasonable expectations about when the car would be finished but it was really nice and unexpected to get several calls from this shop letting me know when my car repairs had started and later on the status of the repairs. I have no problem complaining when things are not right but I also want to share the positive experiences as well.

I am so thankful for the folks at Gerber! I backed out of a parking spot in a wooded driveway and I heard the front bumper of my Camry pull. I did panic a minute, for sure. I called Gerber and they offered to look at it to see if it was in fact drivable as I use it for work every single day. They came right out, checked it out, then the manager of the business shifted it right back into place. What an amazing relief! I cannot tell you how much it means to know we have good people willing to help others and he wouldn't even take any money! Thank you Gerber!!!!

Gerber did a great job of keeping me informed of my repair. The repair was completed on time. The quality of the repair was superb. My truck looks like a new truck. They returned my truck to me very clean on the inside and outside. I recommend this Gerber location to anyone needing to get their vehicle fixed. They have great customer service and made sure I was completely satisfied before I got back my truck.
