I was impressed at the efficiency of the shop. Drop off and pick up were fast. The estimate to the insurance company was prompt, and I am completely satisfied with the turnaround time of the repair. Scott kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what phase the repair was in, without asking. At the pickup, he explained the repair to me.
