Fantastic work! Completed 4 days earlier than original estimate. Gail and David made everything easy and were extremely friendly. Only suggestion would be to drop Enterprise as the contract rental company. Enterprise is horrible. Gerber, Gail, David and crew are amazing.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received at Gerber. When I had questions, the staff was patient with me and thorough in explaining answers. My vehicle was estimated at taking 6 days to repair when in reality I received my vehicle back same-day. When looking over my vehicle in closer detail today (I picked it up yesterday), I have found a scuff mark on the bumper and a silver chip in the paint job on the hood. I did point out the silver chip when I initially saw my car for the first time after the repairs but was told it was just dirt and would come off. After paying out of pocket for my repairs ($1800) I see that 15 labor hours went into the estimate and that is also what I paid for. However, since my repair only took 1 day (less than 8 hours) now I'm feeling as if I paid too much, for a rushed job, on top of ... having defects in my paint and on my bumper. I am not sure why these weren't discovered during the QC inspection by Gerber staff but quickly identified by me. While I was pleasantly surprised to receive my vehicle back on the same-day, I am left feeling like I overpaid for a rushed job, and would rather the appropriate amount of time be spent on my vehicle (that I paid dearly for in labor hours), than to be given my car back on the same day. My expectations of customer service, respect, and timeliness were far exceeded but I have a sinking feeling that somehow I came up with the short end of the stick at the end of the day by paying for a 15 hour job, receiving only 8 hours of attention, and still not having a totally perfect repair. read more

I am extremely happy with the service and with Gail and Randy, who received me with utmost respect and in a professional manner. I went there three times an Ms. Gail received me with her smiling and welcoming face. I dropped d of my car Volvo S 60 on 8/24/15 in the morning and to my great surprise I received a phone call in the evening informing me that my car is ready. I could not believe that that it could be fixed so soon. Anyway, I went today and brought my car back. I do not the. Mechanics, but two professionals Ms. Gail and deserve my appreciation. God forbidden, I will ever need my car to be fixed again, I will go only at this location for their professionalism.

What a pleasant surprise. Gerber is so professional and friendly. I didn't feel out of place here. Work was completed (very nicely) on time and someone spent time going over what was done and how I should care for the paint job that had to be done. I would HIGHLY recommend using Gerber for any problem you have with your car accident. Mine was damage from ice storm. I had a minor problem that I went in for later and it was fixed for free (not their problem) and I was so grateful. I love this place but I hope I don't have another problem soon. BUT if I do, I will surely go back to Gerber.
