CA - 4343 Auburn Blvd, Ste A, Sacramento - 9/27/24

Due to a maneuvering error, my Toyota Prius Plus sustained damage to the right front fender and bumper. When I arrived at Gerber Collision I was greeted by Travis. He surveyed the damage and estimated the cost of repair. His warm straightforward manner told me I had come to the right place. I picked up my Prisus a few days later. To my complete satisfaction, the car was beautifully restored. It looked like new. I want to thank the Gerber staff of technicians for a superior job. If ever I again need collision repair I know where I'll be heading: Gerber Collision.

Everyone was friendly polite and fast service and good paint job it's so nice to go somewhere and not have to wait a long time and they get to the point and give you directions and tell you what to do after your car is fixed instead of just giving you the key and said goodbye they were very helpful and make sure I knew a few things before I drove off and that's very appreciated

The front bumper was severely damaged in an accident and had to be replaced. We took it to Gerber Collision & glass in Lincoln and they did a terrific job installing a new bumper. The two woman who worked in the office were extremely helpful working with our insurance company and representing Gerber.

Do to unfortunate circumstances I found that someone hit me while I was in a store. Needless to say my car is not even 6 months old and I was totally upset. It had been recommended to check this location out, let me tell you, I am beyond grateful and totally impressed by the customer service and outstanding workmanship Eduardo M. put into my experience with this establishment. My car came out looking better then when I purchased it and drove it off the dealership lot. It was like nothing ever happened. Thank you so much for proving that quality work, professionalism and old school kindness are still in the community. Your boss has a quality person on his team.

You need to have TEN STARS. I could not believe how fast Gerber fixed my girlfriend's car. A fairly large tree limb landed on the windshield, hood and passenger side. All the glass was replaced, mirrors fixed, dents and scratches fixed and painted, molding and other pieces all replaced. One of the best thing is it was all done in 48 hours. The original estimate was one to two weeks. I could not believe it when Greg called me and said it was done. Unfortunately, because of my health issues I have to take naps and to my surprise Greg offered to deliver the car to my driveway!!! And sure enough, after my nap, the car was in my driveway. I have never had service like this. I'm truly impressed!!! Make those ten stars be solid gold. Thank you Greg, Thank you Gerber!!

Highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass. They did excellent repair job on my CRV Honda that had extensive damage. Their customer service is over the top! They called me twice a week to update me on the progress of their repairs. They also texted me on when expected completion date of repair work. The whole staff are very professional.
