CA - 26847 Baseline St, Highland - 1/13/25

After our Lexus SUV got rear-ended by an inattentive driver, we followed our insurance company's advice and took our vehicle to Gerber Collision. Ryan and the rest of the Gerber crew did an absolutely fantastic job! They wasted no time in ordered the new parts after the appraisal, and even arranged for us to be picked up by Enterprise Rent-a-Car. As it turned it, we did not need the rental car for very long. In just a couple of days, our Lexus was ready! The back bumper and the rest of the vehicle looked brand new. Gerber washed the outside of the car and even cleaned the interior, even though it had nothing to do with the repair. Nice! If we ever have to take our vehicles to an auto body shop in the future, we will make a bee line to Gerber Collision.

I am pleased with the service I received from Gerber. Bree and Joy were my contact people and they were professional and friendly. It was an unfortunate accident I was in and they made my situation pleasant. The repair work was amazing and it was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Gerber for any repair but I hope I don't personally need to use them again!

Very great experience!!! I pulled off a curb wrong and my bottom bumper peeled off so I googled the closest shop near me and they popped up! I drove in and immediately someone was walking up to me asking how they could help. I explained my situation and again immediately a worker walking past stated they would be willing to help they gave me a couple options to choose from and then got right to work! They were fast efficient and very friendly as they offered me a seat in their lobby and offered refreshments. I would definitely bring my car here if I have any other problems

Good company to work with. They were communicating everything with my husband the minute we left the car. The repairs were done in 10-11 days. Way quicker than we thought. I brought my car back in a couple of days after Gerber had finished the repairs. There wad a light on the dash. Carlos looked at it immediately, determined it was just a low tire warning, filled the tire, and I was on my way. My mistake! I would recommend Gerber to anyone--excellent body work and outstanding customer service.
